Welcome to Bev's Rage Room! Please read and adhere to the following rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Arrive 10 minutes early to put on protective gear, review the rules, and sign the waiver form.
• A booking deposit is required for all appointments. No refunds for missed appointments.
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your booked appointment.
• All participants must sign the digital waiver when booking an appointment or as a walk-in.

• No participation if you are pregnant or think you may be.
• Wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes only. Shoes like flats, heels, or crocs that expose the top of the foot or heel are not allowed. No exceptions.
• We highly suggest wearing shoes with thicker soles for better protection and comfort. Avoid wearing new shoes, but the choice is ultimately up to you.
• No throwing objects or tools at another person within the rage room activity.
• Only swing towards the target wall.
• Inspect your breaking tool before use.  Look for cracks or looseness.  
• Do not hit walls, barrels, or tables with tools.
• Do not stand on tables.
• No breaking objects when the door is open.
• Do not purposely break fixtures (e.g., lighting, tables, speakers, building). Damaging fixtures will result in a fine.
• If you become injured, stop and notify a Bev's Rage Room representative.

• If debris accumulates, ask a Bev's Rage Rep to sweep up to avoid slipping.
• Leave all tools and protective gear outside session rooms after use.
• Check yourself for debris (e.g., glass) when exiting or changing out of protective gear.
• Place all protective gear and tools in the designated area. If your gear has body fluids or blood on it, do not place it with other used protective gear.
• Photos and videos are permitted by both you and Bev's Rage Room. Bev's Rage Room reserves the right to use any photo and video taken during sessions for promotional or other purposes.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

• The pool table is coin-operated. Payment is required to play.
• Be respectful of others waiting to use the pool table.
• No roughhousing or misuse of the pool table or equipment.
• Do not leave the pool table area cluttered. Return any equipment (e.g., cues, balls) to its proper place after use.
• Damage to the pool table or its equipment will result in fines.

• Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation will result in removal from the premises and forfeiture of any payments or deposits.
• Combative, harassing, or argumentative behavior toward a Bev's Rage Room Rep or other visitors will result in the immediate cessation of your session. You may be removed, banned, and/or law enforcement may be called.
• If a Bev's Rage Room Team Member observes improper activity, they can stop your participation. This may result in removal, forfeiture of payments, and potential legal action.

• WE ARE ALL HERE TO RELIEVE STRESS, ANGER, AND OTHER EMOTIONS – BUT NOT ON EACH OTHER. LET'S HAVE FUN!
• We are not responsible for personal items being damaged or lost.
• Bev's Rage Room Reps can stop a session at any time. If the rules aren’t followed, your session will be halted, and no refund will be given.
